-one-line display tip menu with up to 10 items
-optional tip goal
-can be one-time or resetting

effects:
displays on panel
posts to chat

commands:
/menu - shows current tip menu in chat (only to the user that typed the command)

/showmenu - available only to host, shows current tip menu to everyone in chat

/setgoal descrip,amount,resetting,leave_tips - available only to host, takes up to four arguments separated by commas:
descrip - goal description to display
amount - number of tokens
resettable - r for a resetting goal, o for a one-time goal
leave_tips (optional) - tips are reset by default for a new goal - use an x here to keep the tips; they will count towards whatever the new goal is. Try not to change your goal halfway there, this is just for correcting mistakes and such.
e.g.
/setgoal get naked,500,o
or
/setgoal take something off <3,150,r,x

hardcoded replies:
/manyvids - shows manyvids link to user
/showmanyvids - available only to host, shows manyvids link to everyone

/howbig - available only to host, answers with my (Evie) dick length
