Full Description

Clone of tip goal app which does not display the total for the goal and only displays tokens left for goal.

Updated December 2, 2020:
* App no longer displays the ad after every tip. What's shown is CB's notice of the room subject change, which is effectively the same
* Added ability to disable the periodic ad. One will always show once the goal has reached, but you're no longer required to have the app ad every X minutes
* Ad no longer has info about the app unless the goal is reached or when the user enters the room (and it's only shown to that user)
