Version of Hotandscottish Bot (by roydz) // Edited for shparty12 by Wolfcats_Shadow, perseus1967, shparty12, badbadbubba, noiett, lund, and others et al. This Bot allows shparty12, wolfcats_shadow, et al to perform some mod functions even without moderator status, such as Timers, Crazy Notes, Rotating Notifier, Special Users, etc. . The purpose of this is to allow less 'red' (moderators) to be in smaller rooms, and to be able to teach new models functions 'on the fly'. Anyone is welcome to use this bot, but it is intended to be used by friends of shparty12 and wolfcats_shadow : )
