Silences annoying users with multiple names.

Full Description

This bot will stop an user from annoying in chat using multiple names. The bot takes a space-separated list or words and checks for matching names for messages sent to chat. If the name matches, the message is "silently" silenced (the user won't know he's silenced and won't come with a different name).

There's an option to turn the matches to all users or only grays.

Be careful: matches are partial (to catch multiple names of the user) so try to use the name as close as possible to the user to be stopped. Ex.: adding planetsun to the list will block planetsun291, planetsun290, planetsun289, etc.. but will also block a user called thisplanetsun or any other name with that substring.

There are commands to add/remove users to/from the list without stopping the bot in case the annoying user changes his basename.

Commands:

/stoplist - this will list names in the list
/stopadd name - adds new name to the list
/stopremove name - removes name from the list

Commands can be used by broadcaster and mods

If debug is on (type /debug on chat to turn debug on) the message of the silenced user can be seen (this is for test purposes).
