modification ao admin's original Tip Goal app to include a minimum number of different tippers to reach goal.
when you start it you will see the settings. they are self explanatory.
if you set # of tippers to 0 it will not use tippers for the goal.
there are a number of commands you or your mods can use while it is running.
/new - this command will set a new goal with # of tokens, # of users and the new goal.
use spaces between the numbers.The format is
/new #tokens #tippers New Goal

/goal - changes the goal without resetting anything. current tips ans tippers stay at they are
/goal new goal

/reset - restarts the current goal tips and tippers are set back to 0
/reset

/addtk - adds the specified number of tokens to the tokens tipped. like self tipping
/addtk #tokens

/addtp - adds the specified number of tippers to the unique tillers list.
/addtp #tippers
