SCRATCH the Card

- idea improving Token-Keno,
* without reporting the remain prizes,
* just ad prizes list on start and by request command /scprizes (ad the prizes list)
* * auto-reinit if remain <= 10% of prizes, == /screinit

* Version: 1.1 (29/02/20) - with 16 prizes and posible factor (2*prize name eg.)

Description:

Options settings:
- Number of Cards in play (50 - 1000) -100
- Card price tkns. (5 - 100) -22
- Set the delay for bot ad and card price (2 - 10 minutes) -5
- Set list of Prizes with factor posibility (3*Prize description eg.)
1: Spit tits
2: 2*Fingering pussy
3: 2*One finger in ass
4: ...
16: Lick toe

It's better to fill all the prizes so that can play more cards.

/scprizes - see prizes list
/sclastwin - last prize win (if it's)
