Simple to use command-line application for storing personal notes during a broadcast session.

The following commands will remain hidden from public view at all times.

/notes -- privately display all notes as a numbered list
/notes+ [what] -- to add a note (EG: /notes+ buy milk later!)
/notes- [what or which] -- to remove a note (EG: the note or its # position, /notes- buy milk later!)
/notes* -- to clear all notes
/notes? -- display commands & count

Notes are stored until the bot is shut off or timed-out by CB.
