*NEW*

This is a chat filter that allows broadcasters to limit the amount of "babbling" that happens in their chat room.

Visitors are divided into the following groups:

For each group, the broadcaster can set the minimum time-out between chat posts.
Any message the bot finds to have been posted too soon after the poster's last message is blocked, and the poster advised when they can next post again.
Setting a time-out interval of 0 seconds effectively disables the filter for a particular group.
Anyone may type /help, or simply /? into chat to see the current time-out that applies to them, and a list of in-chat commands they may use.
Broadcasters and room moderators may type /babbles into chat to see a list of any recent blocked babbles the bot has identified, including their posters.
If either command clashes with those of another app or bot, they may be qualified by pre-pending them with either nogreybabblers, ngb or # followed by the number of the slot in which the bot is loaded.
For instance, if you want to display the No Grey Babblers help reminder, type either /nogreybabblers?, /ngb? or, if it's loaded into the Bot #1 slot, /#1? .
To adjust time-outs, broadcasters should access the start-up page by de-activating and re-launching the bot.

Other Settings:

It can sometimes happen that multi-line notices are blocked by the system. The /help command produces a multi-line notice. So if you use it and get no response, re-launch the bot, enabling Multi-Line Safe Mode, to convert all multi-line notices into their single-line equivalents. Unfortunately, when enabled, notice lines aren't guaranteed to be displayed in the intended order, which can lead to confusion, which is why it is better to run the bot with the option disabled, if possible.
