Gives a message in the chat if you have a new follower

due to a change in the chat layout i can't hide the "notice" text ;-(
*** new in V2.0 ***
It now detects real unfollowers and directly gives the message
"Notice: Don't cheat on me, just keep following. "
If they undfollow their chat will also be muted and say
>"Your chat is muted because you unfollowed me. Follow me to talk again."
(this will only stay effective in the current session)
The "user is now following me" message will only appear if it
is a real new follower and not if they unfollowed you first.

This bot turns out to be very effective due to it's simplicity.
You will notice that new followers often come in small groups.
This is because they see a message in chat and want to try it too.
They are not waiting for complicated thank you's .

And because your botwriter wants some fun too it will give a spacial message if i follow you (but this will be very rare)
