This Bot Allows Tip Notes to be visible to moderators to help with requests when models may be distracted or turned away.

The code here is made visible for transparency so that anyone to review that it uses fully cb-supported and documented commands.

This uses the public and supported commands available to any app / bots to help with the tip-notes. By activating this bot, this will let the broadcasters choose to share only tip-notes to only their moderator to help remind them of any missed requests.

Should a viewer need privacy, they should consider requesting for a PM or do a Private session with the broadcaster.

Moderators should respect that some viewers may not want to express their tip-notes to be known in public chat and use this as a tool only to assist in the best interest of their broadcasters. Otherwise, the broadcaster can discontinue to use this tool.
