Full Description

Set a minimum tip-amount for tip notes to not be shown publicly.

Intended to reduce tip note scams, abuse and annoyance by raising the cost of sending a private tip-note.

You still need to be wary of scams and bs in private messages (it's best to not do pm's at all, but if you do, weed-out the scammers, bs'ers, and time-wasters by requiring a tip of 15+ tokens per-message).

Mods and Fan Club are exempt automatically, and you can add others to the Exemption List on the Launch-page.
