Auto send messages to users in list that you control. Use the !l command every night and save them to a file.

COMMANDS: !l or !list - Comma seperated list of users that are currently on the list
* !remove - Remove the user from the list
* !add - Add user to the list
* !count - Count the number of users on the list
* !spam - Send everyone in list the logon user message
* !sr - Spam Room - message to the room with a specific background/font color
* !pm message - to send a specific person a message, instead of having to use PM tab
