Welcome to Dorothy's Lush Bot! This Bot is available to everyone for public use, developed by chelsea2950 and butter_my_toast.
Current Version: 1.0 (revised 06/11/2020). Change Log of fixes and enhancements in each release is at the bottom of the page. Please follow me on twitter @thechelsea2950 for app and bot updates.
Note: While the source is kept open for the reasons noted below, which makes it easy to copy and modify for individual cammers (which is perfectly fine), please keep in mind that by doing so you'll miss out on fixes and new features that are added to the public bot. If you have a recommendation for something you would like added, please let me know and if it makes sense, I'll put it in the public bot so you can continue to take advantage of the latest version.

Summary

This bot provides for a tip menu and response messages to be displayed for the Lovense Interactive Sex Toys. The Lush is the most popular of these, but there are several others as well, and this bot can be used for any of them. This bot can be used by itself as the only toy menu, or if you are using the toy menu setup already in the Dorothy's Ultra Fembot, this could also be used to provide a menu for a second toy, such as if you used a lush and a domi at the same time. There are commonly three ways to provide a tip menu to viewers for using the interactive toys:

1. Publish the list from the lovense browser or chrome browser entension directly to the chat. This has the advantage of only requiring setup in one place, but requires you to use the Lovense browser or a Google Chrome browser, which may not be your preference. It also tends to slow down the chat when it is publishing, so for borderline connection speeds this can have a significant negative impact on the chat display. This also has the advantage that the notice is displayed in the chat when the tip amount is actually being performed by the toy.


2. Use an OBS widget to display the menu on the stream. This is a popular choice if using OBS, but can take away from the broadcast as it takes significant space and makes the show feel more produced.


3. Use a Chaturbate bot such as this one to publish the menu. This has the advantage of much quicker response and does not slow down the chat as may happen with the browser or extension, but does require you to set up the menu in both the Lovense App and this bot. Also note that if the Toy Responses are enabled, they will show the menu item tipped for at that moment, but the actual performance of that item by the toy may happen a little later or much later, depending on how big the queue is.

As you use the bot, a few things to keep in mind:

1. You should duplicate the setup that you complete in the lovense app here in the bot so the amounts and descriptions match. If you make a change in the Lovense App, you will need to make the same change here, it is not updated automatically.


2. The bot allows for up to 15 tip menu level ranges, although most people will typically only use 6 to 8 different levels.


3. The bot allows for up to 8 special tip amounts for the Random power level and 4 pattern tips (pulse, earthquake, fireworks, and ), but you likely would not use more than these 5, and the other 3 are for future expansion. The Lovense App also has settings for tip amounts to "pause queue" and "clear queue", but you would not typically put those on the menu.


4. For both sets of menus, only fill out the items you would like to use and leave the rest blank, only 2 menu levels are required as the minimum setup (the Special Amounts are not required).


5. If you would like to temporarily disable a Level or Special amount, you can put a negative sign, or dash "-", in front of the amount, and it will not be loaded to the menu, but will still be there on the setup page so you can more easily bring it back later without needing to remember the description and amount, by just removing the dash.


6. The Tip Response messages are optional and are controlled by Setting 3 on the launch page. As noted above, if the Toy Responses are enabled, they will show the menu item tipped for at that moment, but the actual performance of that item by the toy may happen a little later or much later, depending on how big the queue is.


7. You can choose from one of the existing color schemes for the text and background color of the menu and response notices, or you can define a custom color using a hex color code. These color codes can be found on sites such as https://www.colorhexa.com/


8. This bot supports anonymous tipping. If a viewer tips anonymously, the text "An anonymous user" is displayed instead of the user name in the Toy Response message.


9. This bot can be used alongside Dorothy's Ultra Fembot, which also has a toy menu included, but the commands are different so that you can show menus for two different toys and have the menu active in both. Note that the Dorothy's Ultra Fembot does not yet include the Tip Response Messages.

Commands

1. /toymenu: (all users) Display the menu in chat, only shown to the user that requests it.


2. /usetoymenu "on" or "off": Toggle the setting for whether the Toy Menu is "on" or "off" (no quotes), and displays at the defined interval. Overrides the initial setting to turn the Toy Menu on or off during the show.


3. /chgtoymenu "newtoy": Changes the name of the toy currently being used, where "newtoy" is one of the toys "lush", "nora", "domi", "hush", or "osci" (no quotes). The new name will then be displayed in all chat messaging.
