Keeps track of raffle tickets per cam session

'CrazyRaffle' is meant to be used when a broadcaster is running a raffle over a period of days or weeks, with the draw to be held at the end of the ticket selling period. It helps keep track of raffle tickets sold during a single cam session.

The broadcaster is still responsible for writing names on physical tickets, but 'CrazyRaffle' will record the names of ticket buyers and the number of tickets they purchased during the session for backup/confirmation.

As viewers enter the room they are notified that the raffle is in progress, and can use the /raffle command to display information about the raffle.
When a viewer sends a tip that equals a valid ticket price, the transaction is recorded and the broadcaster is notified immediately of the viewer name and the quantity of tickets purchased.

The /rlist command will display a list of ticket buyer names and the number of tickets they've purchased so far during the session.

Hint: It's not a bad idea to keep the tickets bought during the current cam session in a container separate from any previously sold tickets. This enables the broadcaster to check the physical tickets written during the session against the /rlist display at the end of the session.
