Rotate up to 10 notices - selectable!

Full Description

Rotates up to 10 messages at user set interval. Message 1 has option to send to viewer privately on room entry. Set to no for super busy rooms since this could crash the bot. Emotes supported in the message. Empty messages are skipped.

Modification:- Notices are split into topics.
Each topic has a drop down selection list.
This Bot is customised for CarolDiamond_1
All notices are preset and modified from within the code.
