This bot is CBSnR extension-aware, and it is imperative to be able to have saved the data of the game, saved and restored using the commands for.

- for broadcaster only:
/chnums - change the way bet, if 'closed'
/chprice tks - change price for card, if 'closed'
/chperprzs num - change percent for prizes, if 'closed'
/chwild1st - toggle Wilfd first ball mode
/open - start game betting opens, if 'closed'
/begincalls ... or
/raffle - throw the draw, if 'open
/ver - current version - private - broadcaster and developer ( if mod ).

Non-setup custom welcome messages (back-daemon) for users, and for model for game events.
