Tip menu that displays a GIF too!

Full Description

A bot to periodically display the tip menu.
Displays the tip prize and GIF when matching tip received.

Tip items are entered as: price | description | :gif
If the price is negative then the item is saved, but not used.
This lets you temporarily disable an item without deleting it.

The price and description are required; the :gif is optional.

Use /tmhelp to show the usage message with all the commands.
