Full Description

This is an app to run auctions in a room.

The broadcaster can set the following:

* The item being auctioned
* Length of time the auction is to run for (in minutes)
* The minimum total amount of tokens needed to be tipped during the auction for the sale to happen
* Specify Whether Highest Single Tip or Biggest Cumulative Tipper Wins

The auction doesn't start until the /pastart command is used by the broadcaster.

A notice is given during the auction who the current leader is.

This notice appears every 10 minutes, until the final 5 minutes & then every minute after that.
A final notice is displayed at the "30 seconds to go" mark
