Let's play a tabletop game!

Based on the 'Roll the Dice' app from Jeffreyvels1994 but works like a real tabletop game.

The broadcaster set a layout for the board which consists of 27 fields. Each field has a prize and each roll of the dices will move the piece on the board. The piece will remain on the field until the next user tipps for a roll or the broadcaster !restart the game.

To illustrate your board game layout, you can add your own emoticon in the settings, as an example the default value is set to :emmafoxygames2.

A special 'rare' prize can be set, which is triggered by the roll of a '13', see settings to change the minimum number of rolls and the possibility for the rare prize.

Also, multiple rolls with one tip are possible.

Commands:
!info - to see the (app information)
!board - List all available fields/prizes and show a emoticon
!board all - Show list of fields to all (mod/broadcaster only)
!restart - Restart the game (broadcaster only)
!winners - List the last 20 winners
