Currently features only a basic fanclub, the Weed Leafs, and a crown for the highest single tipper

Commands

Stoner Fanclub

/stonerclub + <username>
/stonerclub add <username>
adds <username> to the first fanclub (non-permanent, see above).

/stonerclub - <username>
/stonerclub remove <username>
removes <username> from the first fanclub (non-permanent, see above).

/stonerclub
/stonerclub list
lists all members of the first fanclub.
