The broadcaster should NOT deactivate this bot during the show... doing so will cause any outstanding/unused PM / Paid Whisper credits to be flushed/emptied and lost.

Launch Page Setup
------------------------------

1. Set cost per PM (this is a strict-price - they must tip this exactly and multiples of this cost will NOT get multiple message-credits... must buy/re-buy 1 message-credit at a time).

2. Set time to advertise PM-cost in chat (users get notice on-entry automatically).

How It Works
-----------------------

When user tips PM-cost, they are issued 1 message-credit with instructions: messaging is done in main-chat as hidden-notices... no need to tab back-n-forth between chat and PM tabs). If they want to send you another message, they must again tip the cost you set.

Note 1: Broadcaster has unlimited ability to send hidden-message (initiate, reply) using @username (like Twitter).

Note 2: This bot doesn't interfere with normal PM function. Tip-notes can still be utilized for simple 1-way statements to the model (model has their normal discretion to reply/not reply verbally or to use this bot to reply privately... model can even use the bot as a paid Q & A - demand that all questions with an expectation of a reply are paid for at the price set for "paid-pm" while leaving 1-token tip-notes for viewer-statements, email addresses, IM usernames, etc.).
