Allows broadcasters to setup a list of crew members, friends, and ghost users.

If enabled crew members are announced with a highlighted message and all messages typed by the crew member are highlighted. Broadcaster chooses color for highlight.

If enabled, friends are given a color, selected by the broadcaster, to make them stand out from others.
Message from ghost users are converted to chat notices. This allows them to type even if they are banned. Their messages will be highlighted in the color chosen by the broadcaster if color is enabled.
The broadcaster can chose to allow Moderators issue commands, or only themselves. One exception is adding members to the crew which is reserved for the broadcaster.

The broadcaster may customize the name of the crew and crew tag. They also have control over use of color for different users (crew, friends, ghosts).

COMMANDS:
/crewhelp - displays the help message
/crewlist - shows list of crew members
/addcrew name - temporarily adds name the crew
/friendlist - shows list of friends
/addfriend name - temporarily adds name to friends
/ghostlist - shows list of ghosts
/addghost name - temporarily adds name to ghosts

More features coming soon:
change colors from the chat, temporarily remove names from lists, soft silence users, automatic tip thank you messages, user avatars, insult random greys... more stuff as i think of it.
