An anti spam bot.

Block offensive messages and flooders automatically.

You can set your own list of offensive words (e.g. "show me", "baby", "can you").

There is a basic flood detection system and a Upper to Lower case converter.

The code is a complete rewritting of the 'Don't boss me ++' bot. It is inspired by and takes some code from the "Offense management template" code fro m The Gleep.
